Vibe Tertiary Ministry Pastor/Director
We are seeking an experienced Pastor/Director to lead our Tertiary Students Ministry (Vibe) on a Full-time or Part-time basis. The successful candidate will join our growing pastoral staff team based in Willetton, Perth. The aim of the Vibe Ministry is to shepherd and disciple Tertiary Students in Christ and reach Tertiary Students for Christ through pastoral leadership, leadership development, and modelling discipleship.
The Vibe Pastor/Director will develop structures, strategies and programmes for discipleship and ensure Vibe Services and Connect Groups offer a home for tertiary students to experience God and community.
Next Gen Pastor/Director
(City Campus)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Next Gen Pastor/Director to provide spiritual and strategic leadership to our Next Gen Ministry at City Campus, encompassing young people from High School (Year 7) through Tertiary and Young Working Adults. This position is offered on a part-time basis (15.2–26.6 hours per week) and will form part of the pastoral staff team.
The Next Gen Pastor/Director will play a key role in building a Father-hearted, Christ-centred and Spirit-led ministry that disciples young people through the significant transitions from adolescence into adulthood.
Admin Coordinator
(City Campus)
We are seeking an organised and people-focused Admin Coordinator to support our City Campus. This position is offered on a Part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative, communications and shared-services coordination functions for City Campus, keeping the campus’s administrative backbone running so the Campus Pastor and ministry teams can focus on people and ministry.
The Admin Coordinator will act as City Campus’s local point of contact for FCC’s central Finance, HR, IT and Communications functions, supporting ministry teams with systems, reporting, event coordination and financial administration across the campus.
Operations Coordinator
(City Campus)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support our City Campus. This position is offered on a Part-time basis. The successful candidate will join our campus team and be responsible for the weekly operational delivery of City Campus services and events, including room and space allocation, on-site access for services, volunteer setup/packdown teams, and operational safety.
Reporting to the Campus Pastor, the Operations Coordinator will hold the operational levers needed to plan and deliver weekly services, ensuring every service and event runs smoothly and safely.
Creative & Production Director
We are seeking an experienced Creative & Production Director, a strategic creative leader with strong technical capability to oversee all technical, production and creative elements of our weekend services, major events and broadcast environments on a Full-time basis.
The successful candidate will combine vision-casting and storytelling with hands-on problem-solving, leading staff and volunteer teams to deliver distraction-free, spiritually intentional experiences across our campuses. This is a Head of Department role at FCC, reporting directly to the Senior Pastor.
