Going Missional in
When I was packing for my Cambodia mission trip, I had this prompting to bring a box of tissue paper. I was hesitant due to the size but after repeated promptings out of nowhere over a few days, I decided to follow the promptings and packed a box into my luggage.
Each day we headed outfield to the various medical outreach locations, I brought the box with me, not knowing what and when it would be used for. But I do know that I do not want to miss out on it.
On the 3rd medical outreach day, in a small church building, a lady came forward to be prayed for, and Karren attended to her. Without saying much, the lady burst into tears and sobbed on Karren's shoulder. She was persecuted at home for her faith and it was difficult and challenging for her.
God paired her up perfectly with Karren that day. I got to witness the opportune moment and the box of tissue was there just for her! It was beautiful! This lady is dearly loved by God that He sent a box of tissue all the way from Perth to wipe away her tears. I'm glad I responded to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
