“God grew my faith in this trip. I was apprehensive about the resources needed, if we would see signs and wonders, if anyone would come to Christ. He provided exactly what we needed to minister, from healthcare workers to donations. There were countless healings and salvations. God did way more than what I could've imagined.”

"God demonstrated His Providence powerfully even before the trip began. From the donations we gathered for the trip to the baggage exemption we procured for the seven wheelchairs, God has amazingly revealed Himself as God the Provider. Praise God that I get to truly experience what Hudson Taylor meant when he said: "Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply."

"There was a woman with shoulder pain that I had to treat. I decided to ask God to heal her first so that if He did, this would be a great sign of God. I prayed a simple prayer asking God to heal. Her pain improved and even more after the 2nd prayer! I thanked God for His love for this woman. She wasn't a Christian. I asked her if she wanted to make Jesus her Lord, and she said yes! She gave her life to Jesus that day!"

"God still does miracles. A lady had neck pain, and one of our prayer team members prayed for her before she saw the physiotherapist. After being prayed for, she didn't need to see the physiotherapist because God had healed her. She received a miracle and revival. I felt humble and grateful to see that and to be a part of this team."

"I was asked to pray for an elderly couple, but I have not been on the prayer team previously and was a little doubtful about the effectiveness of my prayer and how I should pray. I prayed for the Holy Spirit's help in my heart before I started praying out loud. To God's Glory, the lady receiving the prayer said she felt better and lighter after the prayer. God increased my faith, and I became bold to pray for people's healing and salvation after that encounter."

"The months before the trip was very challenging. I almost pulled out of the trip because I felt like there's nothing I could give. God was challenging my ideas on how a "perfect" mission trip would look like. God needed to strip everything back so that I could serve Him with humility and surrender. I went to the trip feeling depleted and emptied, but God has began a work of healing and restoration in me through the trip."

"I had a traumatic experience working at a psychiatric ward six years ago. It affected me physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and relationally, and I was still healing from that experience. During the trip, I learnt about soul ties and with my team members' guidance, we prayed about forgiveness and for God to break the soul ties with the experience at the ward. I felt better after and a sense of joy and freedom that night."

" We were advised not to draw the Cambodia Customs' attention to the large boxes of 7 wheelchairs. I prayed for God to protect me from the officers as I tried to push my trolley through the nothing to declare lane. I was so nervous and kept praying, and by God's miracle, after scanning the 1st box, they gave me a good-to-go hand signal without scanning the other boxes!"

"Before the trip, I felt prompted to bring a box of tissues. I was hesitant due to the size, but after repeated promptings, I packed a box. Each day of the trip, I brought it with me not knowing when it would be used. One day, a lady came forward and without saying much, she burst into tears. She was persecuted at home for her faith and it was difficult for her. She is dearly loved by God that He sent a box of tissue all
the way from Perth for her to wipe away her tears.

"During our medical sessions, all the wheelchairs we brought were assembled and custom fitted for the disabled children. Each wheelchair took hours, and the whole assembly team was covered with sweat in the hot weather. But we were so glad to see the families happily receiving the wheelchairs. I was just full of joy to have the privilege of being God's helping hands to show these children how much He loves them."

"I served as a physiotherapist. A patient with neck pain was referred to me, but I had a while to go with my current patient. So she was called up for the prayer station first, was prayed for, and returned for assessment. I asked her how her pain was, she said it was gone! It gave me the idea of praying to God for healing before treating for the rest of the mission trip, which worked very well!"

"We visited a drug rehabilitation facility and were fortunate to be able to hold a short Worship service before the clinic. There were idols all around; it felt like we were going to war. Many things pointed towards a complete victory for Christ that day. Many wanted to hear the good news, and by God's grace, we had permission to hand out children's bibles to them. The facility Boss even wanted us to come back again."

"At the drug rehab centre, I prayed for a young lady whose prayer request was to be freed from her addiction. It broke my heart that people seek things in the world/ sin to find life, but they will only find death and hopelessness. I felt God's compassion and heart for them to return to Him. The best thing we can give them is the good news of Jesus, the true living hope. Praise God that many heard the gospel and received Christ! "

"Our team set up a clinic with stations in the order of registration, check-up, doctor, physio, prayer and pharmacy. There were many people waiting. My leader asked me if I would like to do evangelical work with them. I replied "ok, why not" but my mind was blank. I prayed to God, 'what to do, Lord? Show me Lord'. I shared John 1 to introduce Jesus to them and asked if they wanted to accept Jesus. A lady said yes! Praise God for stirring her heart to receive Him."

"In 2019, I went on my first medical mission trip to Cambodia. We visited FCC Roong, and partnered with New Life Fellowship Cambodia, where we met passionate people of God. I met them again, and they shared how the covid outbreak affected them. Despite it all, their faith in God never diminished. It has been a privilege to witness their servant's heart, complete reliance on the Lord, and their daily faithfulness in God's work."

"Weeks before the trip, we contacted the airline and requested a compassionate waiver for 7 wheelchairs. Our connect
groups joined us in prayer, the airline responded 4 days before the flight and granted us a full waiver! This amounted to USD23/kg x 196kg = USD4,500 = (AUD6,720)! Where it seems like there is no way, God made a way at His perfect timing."

"It was a tough day for us. Someone spoke into my life and assured me God sees my heart and that I am a weapon for God (spoken by 3 different people). This hit me deep inside, and I started crying. I felt assured by God. Being the team leader was humbling, I needed to be willing to help anyone anytime, and any glory available could only go back to God. It has been my absolute joy to serve everyone and would gladly do it again!"

"I do not think I have prayed over so many people in my life before. This trip taught me to wholely depend on the Holy Spirit for prayers of salvation, encouragement and blessings, especially in my weakened state. I now truly believe that God can use anyone, for someone's salvation and restoration. Without the Holy Spirit, I won't have the courage or words to pray and share. So truly, all Glory and Honour belongs to God."

"Our team visited a drug rehabilitation house with many idols. There were over 150 residents there, and I saw no glimpses of smiles in their eyes, only loneliness and hopelessness. We trusted the Lord had begun a great work in the residents' hearts. I witnessed His mighty hand on people's hearts, many receive Christ as their Lord. The joy of the Lord was shown on their faces. All glory to God!"

"When we went to the rehabilitation clinic, the residents shared with us how they lived, and I felt sad. Our prayer team felt a stronghold of a spirit. They have a few big idols in there, but we believe our God is a living God and that the idols will not win over us. We saw inmates healed, revived and believing in God. They were eager to read more about God and wanted to pray. No one or thing can stop His Glory."
